Healthy, Vegan & Skinny!



The Healthy Skinny Girl Diet is my new challenge.

My vegan-fast ended on Monday, June 27th but I will try and stay mostly vegan when I cook at home.

The vegan thing has nothing to do with losing weight, it's for the worlds sake.
If you never thought about it, just google why it's healthy and better to eat vegan or watch videos on youtube.
You'll be suprised how much better it is.
But I still want to lose weight and this won't work with a high calorie intake and no workouts.
Everyone who wants to do this vegan-fast, feel free to do it. You can change some rules if it's better for you, maybe you work out 3 days in a week or you don't want to be strikt with added sugars or artificial sweeteners.



I think I can manage this, though I think I will count the fruits&veggies seperately so I won't end up eating more cals than I normally do.
I start this on Monday the 27th of June.
I think I wont count how much I worked off, unless I got over my calorie intake. Hopefully this doesn't happen.
